Cress – Spaghetti

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200 g spaghetti (millet spaghetti or normal)
  • 1 tbsp, leveled salt
  • 1 tsp oil (sunflower oil)
  • 1 box of cress
  • 100 g cream
  • 40 g cheese (old Gouda), freshly grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the spaghetti and cook until al dente. Trim the cress, rinse, and drain well. Drain the cooked spaghetti and toss with the cress, cream, and oil. Sprinkle with cheese and serve. The cress can be replaced with other fresh herbs.
