Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 600 g nuts, ground
  • 500 ml water, lukewarm
  • 100 ml oil, e.g. cold-pressed olive oil
  • 1 tsp Flour, (guar gum) or locust bean gum

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Combine all ingredients, then spread evenly on three baking sheets lined with baking paper. Season to taste, e.g., with: – salt, pepper, sesame seeds – salt, pepper, oregano, Grana Padano – salt, pepper, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, cheese. Your imagination is the limit. Bake at 160°C (convection oven) for 40-50 minutes. The bread must be completely dry to ensure it lasts longer. Simply break it into pieces after baking.
