Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 125 g flour
- 125 g oat flakes
- 125 g mixed seeds (sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, sesame, linseed, etc.)
- 50 ml oil
- 400 ml water
- 2 tsp mixed spices and herbs (e.g. soup powder, paprika powder, garlic granules, dried herbs)
- n. B. Grated cheese, for sprinkling
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes
crispy and versatile crispbread for every occasion
Combine all the other ingredients except the cheese and let it sit for 15 minutes. Line two baking sheets with baking paper and spread the mixture as thinly as possible. Bake in a preheated oven at 160°C (320°F) for 20 minutes. Remove both sheets from the oven and cut the crispbread into pieces (best done with a pizza cutter). Sprinkle with cheese if desired and bake for another 40 minutes. Feel free to experiment and adapt this recipe to your heart’s content. It’s always delicious.
