Chicken burger with crispy breading

Finely chop the chicken breast. Dice the onion and garlic. Grind the pepper and salt with a little parsley and chili. Put everything through a meat grinder. Alternatively, you can use ground turkey and season accordingly. Form the mixture into 4 equal-sized patties. I do this with a burger press. Crumble the cornflakes or tortilla chips into small pieces. Crack the eggs open and dip the burgers in them, then roll them in the breadcrumbs. Grill or pan-fry until crispy. Mix together the mayonnaise, crème fraîche, salt, chili, and pepper and spread on both halves of the buns. Cover the bottom with lettuce. Place the cooked burger on top and top with tomato slices and, if desired, fresh onion rings. Cover with the second bun half.
