Crispy chicken nuggets

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 800 g chicken breast fillet(s) or turkey breast fillet
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 1 tbsp paprika powder
  • 1 tsp white pepper
  • 100 g cornflakes or peanut flakes (preferably sweetened with honey)
  • Oil for frying
  • possibly curry powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cut the chicken breast fillets into bite-sized cubes. Season with paprika and pepper—and maybe a little curry powder, too. Crack the egg and whisk. Place the cornflakes in a freezer bag and pound them into small pieces, using a meat tenderizer, for example. Dip the chicken breast cubes in the egg, coat them in the flakes, and fry them in hot oil until golden brown. The slight sweetness of the flakes makes them delicious and crispy.
