Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 g chicken breast fillet(s), turkey breast or chicken wings
  • 1 egg(s)
  • n. B. Flour
  • 1 bag of tortilla(s) (chips), flavor to taste
  • oil
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Nuggets or wings with tortilla breading

Cut the meat into bite-sized pieces and place in a bowl. Place the tortillas in a freezer bag and crumble them with a meat tenderizer or rolling pin. You can leave some tortilla pieces in there if you like. Place in a bowl. Put flour in another bowl for pre-breading. Beat the egg in a bowl and season with pepper, salt, and paprika. Heat oil in a deep frying pan or deep fryer. Coat the nuggets first in the flour, then in the egg, and finally in the tortilla crumbs, then fry until golden brown. Drain on kitchen paper. Serve with dips, salad, and fries.
