Crispy Coconut Pastries

The perfect crispy coconut pastries recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

For around:

  • 200 Size Grümmel Kandis
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 P. Baking powder
  • 200 Size Flour
  • 100 Size Coconut flakes
  • 100 Size Oatmeal, hearty
  • 50 Size Coconut flakes
  • 50 Size Grümmel Kandis
  • 50 Ml. Coffee cream, 14%

Also:

  • Powdered sugar
  1. Mix the butter with the Grümmel rock candy and the eggs with the mixer.
  2. Add flour, baking powder, coconut flakes and oat flakes and mix well with the mixer. Cover the dough and place in the refrigerator for an hour.
  3. Shape the dough into balls, about a bit smaller than a walnut.

For around

  1. Mix the coconut flakes with the Grümmel rock candy. Pour the condensed milk into a plate. First dip the dough balls in condensed milk and then roll them in the coconut flakes / rock candy mixture. Place on a baking sheet with baking paper and bake in a preheated oven, fan-assisted, 175 degrees, for about 15 minutes.
  2. After cooling, dust with powdered sugar. Made 48 pieces.
