Crispy Coconut Pastries
The perfect crispy coconut pastries recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
For around:
- 200 Size Grümmel Kandis
- 2 Eggs
- 1 P. Baking powder
- 200 Size Flour
- 100 Size Coconut flakes
- 100 Size Oatmeal, hearty
- 50 Size Coconut flakes
- 50 Size Grümmel Kandis
- 50 Ml. Coffee cream, 14%
Also:
- Powdered sugar
- Mix the butter with the Grümmel rock candy and the eggs with the mixer.
- Add flour, baking powder, coconut flakes and oat flakes and mix well with the mixer. Cover the dough and place in the refrigerator for an hour.
- Shape the dough into balls, about a bit smaller than a walnut.
For around
- Mix the coconut flakes with the Grümmel rock candy. Pour the condensed milk into a plate. First dip the dough balls in condensed milk and then roll them in the coconut flakes / rock candy mixture. Place on a baking sheet with baking paper and bake in a preheated oven, fan-assisted, 175 degrees, for about 15 minutes.
- After cooling, dust with powdered sugar. Made 48 pieces.
