Ingredients
Dough:
- 4 Eggs
- 4 El Water hot
- 150 g Sugar
- 150 g Flour
- 1 just Vanilla sugar
- 50 g Cornstarch
- 3 Tl Baking powder
Filling:
- 1 Can Peach
- 150 ml Advocaat
- 400 ml Cream
- 1 Just Cream stiffener
- 1 just Vanilla sugar
- Desiccated coconut
Instructions
Dough:
- Grease the bottom of the springform pan and line it with baking paper, preheat the oven to 160 ° C.
- Beat the eggs with the water on the highest setting for 1 minute. Then stir in the sugar, vanilla sugar and salt for one minute, then stir again for 2 minutes. Mix flour with baking powder and starch and fold in on a slow speed. Put immediately in the springform pan and bake for 25 minutes.
- Remove from the mold, turn out and let cool with the baking paper. Drain the peaches well and cut into small pieces.
- Slowly peel off the paper and crumble the cake in a bowl.
Filling:
- Beat the cream with the vanilla sugar and cream stiffener until stiff, then add the egg liqueur and cream to the crumbs and mix well.
- Drain the peaches. Cut into small pieces and add to the dough, mix well, then shape into balls and turn in desiccated coconut.
