Ingredients
 

Dough:

  • 4 Eggs
  • 4 El Water hot
  • 150 g Sugar
  • 150 g Flour
  • 1 just Vanilla sugar
  • 50 g Cornstarch
  • 3 Tl Baking powder

Filling:

  • 1 Can Peach
  • 150 ml Advocaat
  • 400 ml Cream
  • 1 Just Cream stiffener
  • 1 just Vanilla sugar
  • Desiccated coconut

Instructions
 

Dough:

  • Grease the bottom of the springform pan and line it with baking paper, preheat the oven to 160 ° C.
  • Beat the eggs with the water on the highest setting for 1 minute. Then stir in the sugar, vanilla sugar and salt for one minute, then stir again for 2 minutes. Mix flour with baking powder and starch and fold in on a slow speed. Put immediately in the springform pan and bake for 25 minutes.
  • Remove from the mold, turn out and let cool with the baking paper. Drain the peaches well and cut into small pieces.
  • Slowly peel off the paper and crumble the cake in a bowl.

Filling:

  • Beat the cream with the vanilla sugar and cream stiffener until stiff, then add the egg liqueur and cream to the crumbs and mix well.
  • Drain the peaches. Cut into small pieces and add to the dough, mix well, then shape into balls and turn in desiccated coconut.
