Crispy Fried Potatoes with Fried Egg and Ham
The perfect crispy fried potatoes with fried egg and ham recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 kg Potatoes
- 4 Eggs
- 2 gr Slices of lightly smoked ham
- Salt pepper
- Some oil
- Peel the potatoes and cut into small cubes. Soak in water for about 15 minutes (otherwise they will stick together because of the potato starch.)
- Fry in hot oil for approx. 20 minutes until crispy and season with salt and pepper.
- Fry the fried eggs and season with salt. The whole ham 1 mi at the end. heat in the pan and serve with gherkins.
