Crispy Fried Potatoes with Fried Egg and Ham

The perfect crispy fried potatoes with fried egg and ham recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 kg Potatoes
  • 4 Eggs
  • 2 gr Slices of lightly smoked ham
  • Salt pepper
  • Some oil
  1. Peel the potatoes and cut into small cubes. Soak in water for about 15 minutes (otherwise they will stick together because of the potato starch.)
  2. Fry in hot oil for approx. 20 minutes until crispy and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Fry the fried eggs and season with salt. The whole ham 1 mi at the end. heat in the pan and serve with gherkins.
