Ingredients for 1 servings:
- ½ pear(s)
- 100 g applesauce
- 4 plums
- 1 handful of raspberries
- 20 g nuts
- 10 g cereals (muesli cereals)
- 50 ml milk, low-fat
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Fruit-nut mix with milk
Tear the raspberries apart. Chop the pears and plums into small pieces and place everything in a bowl with applesauce. Sprinkle the nuts on top, along with the cereal. Finally, add the milk and mix. It also tastes great as a snack! Tip: For cereal, I recommend honey puffs, cinnamon flakes, cornflakes, or low-calorie chocolate puffs.
