Crispy crispbread à la Harpare

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 60 g spelt flour
  • 60 g oat flakes, fine
  • 40 g edible bran (wheat bran)
  • 25 g sesame seeds
  • 25 g flaxseed
  • 2 pinches of salt
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 350 ml water

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

With linseed, sesame and wheat bran

Mix the dry ingredients thoroughly, then add the oil and water. Stir the mixture with a spoon until you have a smooth dough and spread it onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper (the specified amount is enough for one baking sheet). Bake at 170°C for 60 minutes. After the first 15 minutes, use a pizza knife to cut the dough into slices of the desired size. One baking sheet yields 12 slices for me. Tip: I always check the oven after the first hour and remove the slices one by one, even if they’re already crispy, because depending on how the oven cooks, not all of them will brown evenly.
