- 125 ml water
- 50 g butter
- 200 g flour
- Salt, to taste

Melt the butter in a pan. Add water, flour, and salt. Remove the pan from the heat and knead the mixture into a dough. Form the dough into a log. Cut the log into thin slices. Roll out the slices thinly with a rolling pin. Fry these sheets of dough in a pan without oil. Spread the finished polar bread thinly with butter, a lettuce leaf, and, for example, fish or meat, and roll it up. For two servings, one serving has 530 kcal.
