Crispy Duck Breast
The perfect crispy duck breast recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
For the vegetable side dish, fruity:
- Salt and pepper
- 0,5 Can Pineapple pieces
- 200 g Freshly quartered mushrooms
- 0,5 Glass Bean sprouts
- 0,5 Glass Donated bamboo
- 2 tbsp Honey liquid
- 1 tbsp Bianco balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- Sea salt from the mill
- Lemon pepper
- Vegetable broth
For the vegetable side dish:
- 200 g Freshly quartered mushrooms
- 0,5 Glass Bean sprouts
- 0,5 Glass Donated bamboo
- 1 size Finely grated carrots
- 3 tbsp Soy sauce
- 250 ml Vegetable broth
- Sea salt from the mill
- Ziron Pepper
- Wash the duck breast and pat dry. Incise the skin in a diamond shape and rub it with salt and pepper.
- First fry tightly on the skin side for 10 minutes, turn and fry for 5 minutes over a low heat. Then finish cooking in the oven at 100 ° C for about 30 minutes.
- For the fruity side dish, put the honey in a bowl with the soy sauce, vinegar, salt and pepper and mix everything well. Briefly fry the pineapple, mushrooms, seedlings and bamboo in a pan and deglaze with the honey sauce and simmer for about 5 minutes, if necessary thicken with starch. If there is not enough sauce, you can add vegetable broth to it.
- For the vegetable side dish, fry the vegetables in a pan, season with salt, pepper and deglaze with the vegetable stock and soy sauce and, if necessary, thicken with starch.
