Ingredients
 

  • 1 Light cake base
  • 500 g Fresh strawberries
  • 150 g Cream cheese
  • 50 ml Cream
  • Kokus sierup Monin
  • 2 Vanilla sugar
  • 3 cup Cream
  • 3 packets Cream stiffener
  • 8 Rafaelo
  • Whole almonds
  • 5 tbsp Desiccated coconut

Instructions
 

  • 1) Unpack the cake base and place on a slightly larger cake plate. Punch holes in the bottom with a fork at small intervals. Then mix 6 tablespoons of coconut syrup with a little water and spread over the bottom. Put aside and let it steep. 2) In time wash the strawberries, de-green, chop and sugar. (Everyone who likes sugar is more or less a matter of taste). 3) Then mix the cream cheese well with the 50 ml cream and spread it over the cake base. 4) Then put the strawberries on top. 5) Finally, the cold cream with the vanilla sugar, 2-3 tablespoons of coconut cream, cream stiffener and desiccated coconut in a bowl while sleeping well and spread over the strawberries. Garnish with rafaelos and almonds and serve cold. (The cake is a surprise efect for the guests or family, as the cake does not look like strawberries from the outside)
