Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 kg potatoes
- 25 tbsp olive oil
- 5 large garlic cloves
- 8 tbsp breadcrumbs
- 2 pinches of salt
- 2 pinches of pepper
- 2 tbsp herbs de Provence
- 2 tsp oregano

Finely chop the garlic cloves and place them in an ovenproof dish with the remaining ingredients and olive oil, and mix thoroughly. Wash and peel the potatoes, then cut them into approximately 1 cm thick slices and add them to the ovenproof dish. Mix everything thoroughly, ensuring all the potato slices are coated. Preheat the oven to approximately 190 degrees Celsius (375 degrees Fahrenheit), then roast the potatoes for approximately 60 minutes until browned.
