Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 can tuna in its own juice
  • ½ onion(s)
  • 2 eggs, hard-boiled
  • 2 pickled cucumbers (salted and dill cucumbers)
  • 4 tbsp yogurt, 0.1% fat
  • 1 tsp cucumber water
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

with a light yogurt dressing

Chop the ingredients as desired. Drain the tuna. Mix all ingredients. Season the salad with salt and pepper. 259 kcal per serving.
