Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 can tuna in its own juice
- ½ onion(s)
- 2 eggs, hard-boiled
- 2 pickled cucumbers (salted and dill cucumbers)
- 4 tbsp yogurt, 0.1% fat
- 1 tsp cucumber water
- 1 tsp mustard
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
with a light yogurt dressing
Chop the ingredients as desired. Drain the tuna. Mix all ingredients. Season the salad with salt and pepper. 259 kcal per serving.
