Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 125 g margarine
- 200 g sugar
- 1 egg(s)
- 80 g almond(s), ground
- 90 g oat flakes
- 80 g flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- Cake icing, chocolate
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Mix the batter and drop small spoonfuls onto a baking sheet with a teaspoon. Leave space between the cookies, as they will spread. Bake at 170°C for 15-20 minutes. Sprinkle the baked cookies with chocolate icing.
