Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 kg potatoes
  • ½ package of gratin cheese
  • 1 ball of mozzarella
  • 1 Pepper
  • salt and pepper
  • rosemary
  • e.g. olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Peel the potatoes and slice them thinly. Drizzle a little olive oil into a baking dish. Arrange the potatoes in two layers, season with salt, pepper, and rosemary. Cover with aluminum foil and bake in the oven at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for about 15 minutes. Remove the dish from the oven, tear the mozzarella over the potatoes, slice the pepperoni, and arrange them on top. Sprinkle with the gratin cheese. Return to the oven for about 10-15 minutes, until the cheese is lightly browned.
