Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 250 g pumpkin flesh
  • 250 g potatoes
  • 2 tbsp cream
  • 2 eggs
  • salt and pepper
  • 6 tbsp flour
  • oil
  • marjoram

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Grate the pumpkin and potatoes and season with all the ingredients. Fry like potato pancakes (Reibertasch). Serve with plenty of green salad.
