- 500 g Hokkaido pumpkin(s)
- 250 g potatoes
- 80 g butter
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp, leveled nutmeg
- salt and pepper
- lemon juice

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

1. Wash, trim, and slice the pumpkin, peel the potatoes, and boil both in a pot of salted water. 2. Drain the water and add the remaining ingredients, puree, and season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice. 3. Serve as desired.
