Crispy rosemary potatoes

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 kg potatoes, new
  • 1 tsp lemon(s) – zest, grated
  • 1 tsp rosemary, dried
  • 1 chili pepper(s), crushed
  • 4 tbsp oil (olive oil)
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Wash the potatoes thoroughly and cut them lengthwise into thick pieces. Combine the olive oil, chili pepper, lemon zest, rosemary, pepper, and salt. Toss the potato pieces thoroughly in the marinade. Preheat the oven to 200°C (gas mark 4-5). Place the potatoes on a baking sheet and bake for about 25 minutes, turning occasionally. When the pieces are golden brown, they are ready to serve.
