puffed potatoes

Spread the love

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 10 m.-sized potatoes
  • 20 pinch(s) salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Salt makes the potatoes puffy and crispy!

Wash the potatoes thoroughly, but don’t peel them! Then halve them lengthwise. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and sprinkle with salt. Don’t skimp on the salt! Bake in a preheated oven at 180-200°C for about 1/2-3/4 hour. The cooking time varies depending on the size of the potatoes. When the potatoes puff up and turn brown, they’re done. We love eating them with grilled food in the summer. But they go well with almost anything.
