Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g minced meat (turkey)
  • 25 g pine nuts
  • 1 tbsp sambal oelek
  • 1 slice(s) of toast
  • 1 tbsp oil (sesame oil) for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Roast the pine nuts in a dry pan until golden brown. Then chop finely. Crumble the bread and soak in warm water. Squeeze out the excess water. Mix the ground turkey, sambal oelek, bread, and pine nuts in a bowl until a malleable dough forms. Wet your hands well and roll the dough into small balls. Heat the sesame oil in a pan. Fry the balls over medium heat until golden brown on all sides. Drain on kitchen paper. Then place three balls (or more or fewer, depending on your taste) on a toothpick and serve, or eat them as is.
