Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 50 g breakfast bacon
- 1 egg(s)
- 125 ml milk
- 30 g cheese, grated (Emmental)
- 100 g flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ¼ tsp sweet paprika powder
- salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- Fat for the waffle iron
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Finely dice the bacon and fry it in a pan. Whisk the egg with the milk and cheese, fold in the flour and baking powder, and season with spices. Stir in the bacon and parsley. Heat the waffle iron, grease it, and bake the waffles one after the other.
