Ingredients

  • 4 Bun
  • 4 Discs Salami
  • 1 a cup Creme fraiche Cheese
  • 2 tbsp Milk
  • 0,5 packet Topping of the salad
  • Grated cheese

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 220 ° C top and bottom heat. Cut the rolls open, place them on a baking sheet and let the rolls only lightly brown in the oven.
  • Meanwhile, put the créme fraîche in a small bowl. Only add the milk if the créme fraîche is too thick and therefore difficult to stir. Otherwise the milk can be omitted. Add the topping of the salad and stir well.
  • Tear the salami into small flakes.
  • Take the rolls out of the oven and spread the créme fraîche on top. Then distribute the salami on the rolls.
  • Finally, sprinkle the rolls with cheese.
  • If there are baked rolls, then bake the rolls for about 7-10 minutes. If the rolls have already been baked, leave them in the oven until the cheese has melted.
