Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 170 g flour
- 1 sachet of baking powder
- 3 eggs
- 50 g bacon, finely diced
- 1 large onion(s), finely diced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- salt and pepper
- 75 g walnuts, coarsely chopped
- 100 ml oil (walnut oil)
- 125 ml milk
- 100 g grated cheese (Emmental or mountain cheese)
- 150 g Gorgonzola, crumbled

Preheat the oven to 160 degrees Celsius (320 degrees Fahrenheit). Sauté the bacon and onions in olive oil, add the walnuts, and season the mixture with salt and pepper. Remove from the heat and let cool. In a bowl, combine the flour and baking powder, add the eggs, and mix everything together. Gradually stir in the milk, walnut oil, and grated cheese. Finally, fold in the Gorgonzola crumbs and the bacon, onion, and nut mixture. Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan and bake for 45 minutes.
