Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 1 liter orange juice
  • 1 liter pineapple juice
  • 1 can coconut milk (400 ml, creamy)
  • 500 ml sweet cream
  • 50 ml syrup (mint syrup)

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 5 minutes

Briefly whisk the juices. Then add the coconut milk and cream and beat with an electric mixer for 2 minutes. Then add the mint syrup and gently stir in. Chill for about 1 hour and serve with ice cubes in cocktail glasses. Always a hit!
