Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g pasta (e.g. croissants or pasta rolls or similar)
  • 500 g minced meat, mixed
  • 1 tbsp caraway seeds, whole
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • Water (salt water)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Pasta with minced meat, a recipe from my mother, very tasty and simple

Cook the pasta in salted water until “al dente” according to the instructions. Heat the oil in a casserole dish, fry the ground beef thoroughly, and add the caraway seeds. Season with salt and pepper, then add the drained pasta and mix well. Adjust seasoning if desired. Serve hot. This goes well with a green salad or beetroot salad.
