Salami pasta dish

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 350 g pasta, e.g. fusilli
  • 350 g salami (fine salami)
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 can of corn, approx. 330 g
  • 2 eggs, size M
  • 1 dash of cream
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water according to the package instructions. Meanwhile, dice the salami and onion. Fry the salami in a pan. No extra fat is needed. Add the diced onion and sauté until translucent. Drain the corn and add it to the pan. Add the cooked and drained pasta to the pan and fry. Whisk the eggs with a little pepper, salt, and a dash of cream and pour over the pasta and salami mixture. Stir in the eggs well and let them set slightly.
