Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 pack of croissant(s) for home baking
- 100 g Mett (onion Mett)
- 1 tbsp, heaped Emmental cheese, grated
- 1 tbsp, heaped capers
- 1 tsp cumin
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Preheat the oven to 200°C (top/bottom heat). Finely chop the capers and mix with the cheese and ground mince. Add a little of the ground mince to each dough ball. Roll up, coat in cumin, and bake in a hot oven according to the package instructions.
