Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 1 can of tuna without oil
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp lemon juice, fresh
- pepper
- Capers for garnishing
- 6 slices white bread, toasted
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Roughly chop/blend the tuna, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and pepper in a blender. Spread the mixture on the crostinis and garnish with capers.
