Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 300 ml milk
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 tbsp, levelled sugar
  • 3 tbsp, heaped breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 small piece(s) of butter
  • n. B. Berries of your choice

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 3 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 3 minutes; Total time approx. 16 minutes

Bring the milk to a boil with salt and sugar, then stir in the breadcrumbs. Stir in the egg yolk and let the porridge swell for about 2-3 minutes. Now add a knob of butter to the porridge and serve with fresh berries of your choice. Tip: For children, serve the breadcrumb porridge with chocolate or apple compote.
