Crumble Cake with Plum Jam
The perfect crumble cake with plum jam recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Batter
- 4 Pc. Eggs
- 250 g Sugar
- 250 g Butter
- 1 packet Vanilla sugar
- 500 g Flour
- 1 packet Baking powder
- Grease for the tin
filling
- 650 g Plum jam
Sprinkles
- 250 g Melted butter
- 200 g Fine oat flakes
- 200 g Sliced almonds
- 100 g Sugar brown
- Stir eggs and sugar until foamy, add butter and sieve in the flour with the baking powder. Mix the whole thing into a dough that cracks easily. If the dough is too tough, add a dash of milk.
- Spread the dough on the well-greased tray. Spread the plum jam on the dough.
- Melt the butter in a saucepan. Add the sugar, oatmeal and almonds. I put the crumble mixture on the plum jam with a spoon and bake the cake at 175 ° C for about 40 – 50 minutes.
