Ingredients
- 800 gr Plums
- For the dough
- 125 gr Flour
- 100 gr Butter
- 100 gr Sugar
- 0,5 Pckg Baking powder
- 1 pinch Salt
- 2 Piece Eggs size M.
- For the cream
- 250 g Quark
- 1 Pckg Vanilla custard powder
- 1 Pckg Citro-Back
- 150 ml. Cream
- 40 g Sugar
- For the crumble
- 100 g Flour
- 75 g Butter
- 60 g Sugar
- 1 pinch Cinammon
Instructions
- Sort the fruit, cut in half and stone.
- Preheat the oven to 200 ° C top and bottom heat or 175 ° C circulating air.
- Put all the ingredients for the base in a bowl and use the whisk to form a smooth batter.
- Grease a 26 cm springform pan and dust with flour.
- Pour the batter into the mold.
- Now stir together the ingredients for the cream and spread them on the bottom.
- Distribute the selected plums on top in a fan-like manner.
- Put all the ingredients for the crumble in a mixing bowl and use the dough hook to make crumble. If necessary knead briefly by hand then distribute the crumble on the plums.
- Put it in the oven for 45 minutes. Then it's best to bring it to a safe place, otherwise it'll be gone faster than it was there 🙂
