  • 150 ml. Cream
  • 40 g Sugar
  • For the crumble
  • 100 g Flour
  • 75 g Butter
  • 60 g Sugar
  • 1 pinch Cinammon

Instructions

  • Sort the fruit, cut in half and stone.
  • Preheat the oven to 200 ° C top and bottom heat or 175 ° C circulating air.
  • Put all the ingredients for the base in a bowl and use the whisk to form a smooth batter.
  • Grease a 26 cm springform pan and dust with flour.
  • Pour the batter into the mold.
  • Now stir together the ingredients for the cream and spread them on the bottom.
  • Distribute the selected plums on top in a fan-like manner.
  • Put all the ingredients for the crumble in a mixing bowl and use the dough hook to make crumble. If necessary knead briefly by hand then distribute the crumble on the plums.
  • Put it in the oven for 45 minutes. Then it's best to bring it to a safe place, otherwise it'll be gone faster than it was there 🙂
