Plum Cake with Butter Crumble
The perfect plum cake with butter crumble recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

- 4 Eggs large L.
- 5 essl Cream or milk
- 180 g Sugar
- 1 pck. Vanilla sugar
- 1 pck. Baking powder
- 300 g Flour

- 1,5 kg Plums

- 200 g Flour
- 120 g Butter
- 140 g Sugar
- 1 pck. Vanilla sugar
- Make a batter from the ingredients mentioned above. First stir the eggs with the mixer at the highest level until foamy. Add the other ingredients. Spread the dough evenly on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
- Wash and stone the plums and place on the dough. Press lightly.
- Make flour, sugar and the vanilla sugar streusel from butter (room temperature). This is best done with your hands. Spread the streusel over the plums.
- Bake for one hour in a non-preheated oven.
