Crumble Cake with Pudding Filling

  • 200 g Soft butter
  • 200 g Sugar
  • 4 piece Eggs
  • 250 g Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 2 bag Vanilla pudding
  • 170 g Sugar
  • 250 g Flour
  • 170 Garmm Butter
  1. 2 Prepare bags of vanilla pudding according to the instructions on the packet. Let it cool down, stirring every now and then so that this skin is stirred on top of it. Put 170g sugar, 170g butter and 250g flour in a bowl and mix with a fork to form the crumble.
  2. Mixing mixture: Mix the butter and sugar a little frothy, add the eggs and keep stirring. Then add the more baking powder and salt mixture and stir everything until creamy. Spread everything on a tray, pour the cooled pudding onto the batter and sprinkle the crumble on top.
  3. Preheat the oven at 170 degrees on top / bottom heat and bake for 45 minutes
