Apple Pudding Crumble Cake

Ingredients
 

for the dough

  • 150 g Flour
  • 75 g Sugar
  • 75 g Cold butter
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 tsp Baking powder

the topping

  • 0,5 l Milk
  • 2 P. Custard powder
  • 2 a cup Sour cream
  • 5 size Apples

the sprinkles

  • 100 g Flour
  • 0,5 tsp Baking powder
  • 75 g Sugar
  • 1 Vanilla sugar
  • 75 g Margarine

Instructions
 

  • Knead the flour, sugar, butter in flakes, baking powder and egg into a smooth shortcrust pastry.
  • Use floured hands to press half of the dough into the greased pan on the bottom and leave to cool
  • Grease the edge as well and form the remaining dough into a thin roll, place on the edge of the springform pan and press up a 3 cm high edge with your fingers
  • Peel the apples and cut into small pieces and spread on the dough
  • Boil the pudding, let it cool and stir in the 2 cups of sour cream and then pour over the apples.
  • Make crumble from flour, baking powder, sugar, V-sugar and margarine and spread over the pudding mixture.
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 160 ° for about 50 - 60 minutes.
