Ingredients
for the dough
- 150 g Flour
- 75 g Sugar
- 75 g Cold butter
- 1 Egg
- 1 tsp Baking powder

- 0,5 l Milk
- 2 P. Custard powder
- 2 a cup Sour cream
- 5 size Apples
the sprinkles
- 100 g Flour
- 0,5 tsp Baking powder
- 75 g Sugar
- 1 Vanilla sugar
- 75 g Margarine
Instructions
- Knead the flour, sugar, butter in flakes, baking powder and egg into a smooth shortcrust pastry.
- Use floured hands to press half of the dough into the greased pan on the bottom and leave to cool
- Grease the edge as well and form the remaining dough into a thin roll, place on the edge of the springform pan and press up a 3 cm high edge with your fingers
- Peel the apples and cut into small pieces and spread on the dough
- Boil the pudding, let it cool and stir in the 2 cups of sour cream and then pour over the apples.
