Sour Cream – Madarinen Crumble Cake

- 350 g Flour
- 150 g Sugar
- 125 g Butter
- 1 Egg
- 2 tsp Baking powder
- 1 P Vanilla sugar
- 4 Cans Mandarins
- 4 cups Sour cream
- 200 g Sugar
- 1 P Vanilla custard powder
- Process the ingredients for the dough / crumble into a dough.
- Spread half of the dough on half a baking sheet, press down well and put a frame around it.
- Use the mixer to puree all the ingredients for the topping (except the mandarins).
- Finally add the mandarins and also mix in with the mixer, (the mandarins are torn apart, that’s how it should be)
- Put the topping on the dough.
