Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 160 g chickpeas, drained
  • 20 g cornflakes, without sugar
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 1 tbsp, leveled soy flour
  • 2 pinches of baking powder
  • some salt (lemon salt) for seasoning
  • some sesame
  • Oil, virgin coconut oil for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Mix the soy flour with the baking powder. Then, add all ingredients, except the sesame seeds and coconut oil, to a food processor/blender (or use a hand blender) and process until a smooth, firm mixture forms. Form this mixture into 6 patties and sprinkle with some sesame seeds (press the sesame seeds firmly). Heat the coconut oil in a pan and fry the patties over low heat for about 3-4 minutes on each side.
