Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 3 handfuls of chickweed
  • 1 small apple
  • 20 grapes, light
  • 15 g almonds
  • 180 ml water

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Simply eat weeds instead of getting annoyed about them in the garden

It’s best to use the chickweed immediately after harvesting. Rinse briefly if necessary. Remove the blossom, stem, and seeds from the apple, cutting them into smaller pieces. Use the grapes without the stems. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until the desired consistency is reached.
