Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 3 red peppers
  • 2 onions
  • ½ tube(s) tomato paste
  • 300 ml broth
  • 1 Pepper
  • 60 g sugar
  • 2 tsp paprika powder, mild
  • 1 tsp, heaped curry powder, hot
  • 1 pinch(s) of salt and pepper
  • 5 tbsp oil
  • 150 ml white wine, fruity
  • 1 clove(s) garlic

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Finely chop the onions and garlic and sauté in a little hot oil. Add the chopped bell peppers and chili peppers and sauté briefly. Then add the sugar and tomato paste and simmer gently, stirring constantly. Deglaze with wine and season with paprika and curry powder. Then pour in the stock and simmer for a few minutes. Season with salt and pepper, and blend with a hand blender until smooth.
