Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 50 g peas, frozen, green, thawed
- 15 g cashew nuts, roasted and salted
- 8 g walnut kernels
- 20 g basil leaves
- 15 ml extra virgin olive oil
- Salt and pepper, freshly ground
- 75 g spirals

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 12 minutes; Total time approx. 17 minutes

Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Meanwhile, add all other ingredients to a food processor and chop and blend to taste. Season with salt and freshly ground pepper. I personally like the pesto a bit coarser. Tip: I added a small tomato to garnish the finished dish.
