Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 slice(s) of bread, variety of your choice
  • 20 g cream cheese
  • ¼ mango(s)
  • some pepper, colored or black
  • 1 large slice(s) of cooked ham, alternatively 3 small
  • 1 persimmon
  • some cayenne pepper
  • 1 large slice(s) of cheese, variety of your choice
  • 1 egg(s)
  • Oil for frying
  • some salt
  • some chives

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

with mango and persimmon

Place the slice of bread on a plate and spread with the cream cheese. Peel and slice the mango, arrange it on the cream cheese, and season with pepper. Place the cooked ham on top of the mango pieces. Peel and slice the persimmon, arrange it on the cooked ham, and sprinkle with cayenne pepper. Cover with the slice of cheese. Heat the oil in a pan, fry the egg until fried, and season with salt. Place the fried egg on top of the cheese and sprinkle with finely chopped chives. Garnish and serve.
