Halve the tomatoes and remove the seeds. Quarter the peppers from the tip to the stem and clean them. Mix half of the yogurt with the sprouts and a little herb salt and place on a plate. Place the tomato halves on top. Peel the garlic clove and dice very finely. Finely dice the chives and the cheese. Mix the remaining yogurt with the drained tuna, cheese, chives, and garlic, season with herb salt and pepper, and fill the tomato halves. Insert a wooden toothpick into the wider end of each pepper and insert it into the stuffed tomatoes to form a sail.
