- 1 jar dip (nacho cheese dip)
- 1 pack of nachos
- ½ bag of cheddar cheese, grated
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Using a bowl, cut half of the tortillas into smaller circles (these will later become the lids). Fry the ground beef in a pan and season with chili powder, garlic, salt, pepper, and a little curry powder. Wash and chop the lettuce. Chop the tomato and dice the onion. For the guacamole, mash the avocado with a fork and place it in a bowl with the chopped tomatoes. Add the diced onion. Place an uncut tortilla wrap on a plate and place some of the ground beef in the center. Spread some of the nacho cheese dip on top and top with lightly crushed nacho chips. Add a dollop of crème fraîche and some of the lettuce. Finally, spread the homemade guacamole and some of the grated cheese on top. Place the smaller cut-out wrap on top. Fold the sides of the bottom wrap up and place the filled wrap, folded side down, in a pan and cook over medium heat without oil. Turn and fry for another 1 to 2 minutes.
