Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 pork neck steak(s) or back steaks
- some salt and pepper
- 4 rolls or pretzel rolls
- 4 tbsp tzatziki
- 100 g coleslaw
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Season the steaks with salt and pepper (marinated steaks work well too, depending on your taste). Either grill the steaks or fry them in a pan. Cut open the buns and top each with a steak. Place coleslaw and tzatziki on top. Cover and serve.
