Crunchy 4-nut cookies

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 125 g butter
  • 100 g oat flakes (whole grain)
  • 50 g walnuts, chopped
  • 150 g hazelnuts, chopped
  • 50 g almond(s), chopped
  • 50 g sunflower seeds
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 125 g cane sugar (raw cane sugar)
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • ½ tsp cinnamon powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

for 2 trays

Lightly sweat the oats in the slightly heated butter, then let cool. Mix the nuts, almonds, and sunflower seeds with the baking powder. Add the eggs, salt, sugar, honey, vanilla sugar, cinnamon, and the oat mixture and quickly knead everything into a moist dough. Grease the baking sheets well or line them with parchment paper. Using 2 teaspoons, place small mounds of dough onto the baking sheet and flatten slightly. Let dry for about 1 hour. Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F) and bake the cookies for 8-10 minutes, then let them cool completely on a wire rack.
