Crunchy chocolate muesli

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 350 g oat flakes
  • 100 g hazelnuts, chopped
  • 100 g chocolate, dark
  • 150 g honey, liquid
  • 1 packet of Bourbon vanilla sugar
  • 60 g cocoa powder, reduced sugar
  • 1 tbsp oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes

deliciously chocolatey

Melt the chocolate in a double boiler. Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Pour onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 120°C (top/bottom heat) for about 40 minutes. Stir once. I turn on the grill setting for the last few minutes to give it a delicious roasted flavor. You have to stay over it, though, as the muesli can burn very quickly. Let it cool completely; this will make the muesli nice and crispy.
