Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g flour
  • 100 g margarine, room temperature
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 2 tbsp, sifted powdered sugar
  • 80 ml water
  • 100 g dark chocolate coating
  • 100 g brittle (hazelnut)

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Knead the above ingredients into a smooth, elastic dough. Wrap in foil and chill for about 30 minutes. Take a small amount of dough at a time and roll it into thin logs. Place these on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 10-15 minutes. The logs should still be light in color! Remove from the oven after baking and let cool on a wire rack. In the meantime, melt the chocolate coating, dip the logs about two-thirds full in it, drain briefly, and roll them all over in the brittle and let them dry.
