Ingredients for 12 servings:

  • 50 g desiccated coconut
  • 50 g sesame seeds
  • 50 g sunflower seeds
  • 50 g oat flakes or cereal flakes
  • 50 g almonds or hazelnuts, roughly chopped
  • 20 g raisins
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 5 tbsp oil (sunflower oil)
  • 5 tbsp honey, liquid

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Heat the sunflower oil and honey in a deep pan until bubbling. Then add all the remaining ingredients—except the raisins—and roast for about 5 minutes. Finally, fold in the raisins and remove from the heat. Let cool. Enjoy with milk or yogurt.
